Our Process

1. Bidding

Our foreman will meet with you and to go over the painting work you need done. At this point, the foreman can answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about your project. He or she will then follow up with a comprehensive proposal laying out the painting process from start to finish with an exact job cost.

2. Scheduling

When a signed proposal is received, your job is placed in our schedule. We can then tell you the approximate start and projected end date of your project. We’ll keep you updated throughout the project on our progress. Exterior jobs require us to be more flexible with scheduling than our interior jobs do due to weather conditions.

3. Start Day

At the beginning of the job our foreman will have a complete job write up that follows the specifications outlined on your original painting proposal. At this time the job is reviewed with you for any needed clarifications.

4. The Work

All painting work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with paint manufacturers specifications. Surface preparation is done first, then priming followed by the finish painting. Our foreman will inspect the work periodically while it is ongoing to ensure it is running smoothly and according to plan.

5. Completion

We will let you know a day or so before we expect to complete your project. We’ll then wrap up your job and take care of any touch-ups to your full satisfaction. On our final day we’ll perform a walk through together to ensure every inch of the job is to your satisfaction.

Paul went above and beyond to get the interior of our home ready for us to move in over the winter holidays. We worked with a color consultant that chose 22 colors and finishes, so it wasn’t an easy run-of-the-mill paint job. They did a stellar job and I highly recommend their work.
